After placing my order, when can I expect the product?
If your order does not include custom embroidery/lettering, it will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch. If you choose an embroidered, personalized item, please allow for approx. 2-3 days of production time, plus delivery — typically 5-7 days in total.
If the size isn't right, can I return the t-shirt?
For non-personalized t-shirts, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If you ordered the product with custom embroidery or lettering, it counts as custom manufacturing, for which we cannot provide returns — therefore, please carefully review the size chart before ordering.
How can I become a club member?
When making a purchase, we automatically register the email address you provide, which is then added to our club membership system.
What material are the t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts and tank tops are made of 100% cotton in a premium, durable, and breathable quality. You can find the exact fabric weight (GSM) in the description of each product.
Can I also pay by card with the courier?
Of course you can, you can pay by both cash and card.
